Application and Data Center Security
KwesForms uses the most robust and secure global infrastructure available today in the industry, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our application and data servers reside in the US-East Region. AWS meets a variety of industry compliance standards such as SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017 (cloud security), ISO 27018 (Cloud Privacy), PCI DSS v3.2 and HIPAA verified by a third-party.
Data Backups
Nightly snapshots are taken of our application and database cluster. These daily backups are stored for 7 days. All data backups are stored in our AWS S3 US-East Region. Data backups are also encrypted with the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.
Industry Standard Data Encryption
All submission data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or greater for end-to-end communication security.
Data Ownership
Your submitted data and file uploads are totally owned by you. Your organization may download and delete your data and files at any time.
Form Tampering
Our forms are automatically setup to prevent tampering with browser developer tools. This protects your form from unintended behavior and costly consequences.
Security Against Malicious Attacks
An outside routing layer provides us with basic filtering against a denial of service (DDoS) attack.
Form Spam Protection
We offer the most robust spam protection in the industry automatically blocking 98.6% of all spam submissions. We’ve implemented multiple spam filters including A.I to check against bot and human spam.
Best Coding Practices
We use industry best practices in our applications backend development to ensure your account is secure. All developed code is deployed to production environment once thoroughly tested on our staging environment. Our agile deployment process allows us to rapidly update and patch our systems when needed.
